Zawati Brothers Company was a sister company of Al-Soulah Trading & Contracting Company WLL, which was established in Kuwait in 1972. In 1990, Al-Soulah had a total man-power of 1,400 employees of a very diverse 11 nationalities. It operated in several industries including waste management, mechanical and electrical maintenance, courier services, sea port operations, oil refineries maintenance, professional assistance to hospitals, administrative assistance to oil companies, mooring and rigging services and oil wells (sand control) maintenance. Al-Soulah halted its operations during the second Gulf War.

Zawati Brothers Company WLL planted firm roots in its market and quickly grew to become the leading city cleaning and waste management specialist in the Kingdom.
